If you have not got a high enough score to receive your certificate after 3 attempts at the final exam, then take some time to look back over the course content. Then, you can send us an email at aide@unow.fr and let us know what happened. Then we can reset your attempts so that you can resit the exam.

If you feel you can do without the certificate, don't forget that you will always have access to the entire content of the course you have just completed as well as any updates that we make to it. Feel free to return to it at any time, to refresh your knowledge.

In any case, your efforts will not have been in vain and that the knowledge and skills you have acquired during your course are not lost and and continue to be visible on your profile!
