Once you have signed up to a Unow training course, our team makes it their priority to support you from start to finish. This includes sending out notifications, email reminders, and phone calls to encourage you and give you personalized support.

You can activate or deactivate these notifications at any time, according to your support preferences.

To change your preferences, go to the Settings page on your dashboard, then click on the "Your Preferences" tab.

Here you can choose and change the type of support you want to receive!

You can return to this page at any time, to change your settings again.
